After the birth you will want to get your body back into shape. Postnatal yoga exercises focus on the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. These exercises also aid your body in restoring it’s hormonal balance.
From personal experience I have learned that the hormonal balance changes very similar during the menopauze. Often having a comparable effect on the pelvic floor muscles.
These classes are therefore well suited for women in and around our transition.
