After the birth you will want to get your body and mind back into shape.
This course consists of eight sessions. Exchanging experiences about your new life as a mother with sleeping , feeding, crying will be an important part of the course. And you will gently get your body back in shape with postnatal yoga exercises that will focus on the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. These exercises also aid your body in restoring it’s hormonal balance.
The course will include two sessions of babymassage.
