Dear pregnant women and their (birth) partners, it seems to me more than average a confusing and difficult time for you.
In order to at least continue the preparation for the birth of your children, I am giving the birth course via Zoom.
The pregnancy yoga I am recording and sharing through a secure channel – this is in Dutch.
The pregnancy yoga live via Zoom is also an option. I would like to hear if you would be interested. It can be in English when required.
