pregnancy yoga

• Private lessons (at your home or in hospital)  € 60 per hour

postnatal course

• 6 lessons (90 minutes)  € 150

Delivery course

• Private lessons, € 60 per hour – location Brederodestraat
• Two Saturdays birth course € 145 per two people – partner, doula, friend.

babymassage

• 1 lesson of approximately one and a half hours with two or three baby’s  € 50 per baby
• 2 lessons of approximately one and a half hours with two or three baby’s  € 65 per baby
• Private lessons or private baby massage at your home  € 55 per hour

doula-services

• Basic package of two pre-birth visits, and one visit to the midwife, standby from 2 weeks before the expected date, attendance for the whole birth plus pictures if required € 900.

additional services

• Rebozo-massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology, overtime-treatment, moksa treatment for breech,  € 60 per hour
